By participating in an interview, appearing on the Green Carpet, or being recorded during an
activation, you grant The Green Carpet Golf the right to:

● Use your name, likeness, and voice
● Distribute content across digital platforms, social media, marketing materials, and
promotional campaigns
If a participant does not wish to be recorded, they must notify a team member prior to filming.
5. Sponsorship & Partnership Agreements
All sponsorship packages, brand integrations, and partnerships are governed by separate
written agreements.
Payment terms, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity terms will be defined in each
individual contract. The Green Carpet Golf reserves the right to refuse sponsorships that do
not align with brand values.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments for sponsorships, media services, or activations must be made according to the
terms outlined in the applicable agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
● Deposits are non-refundable.
● Completed media services are non-refundable.
7. Third-Party Links
This Site may include links to third-party websites (e.g., sponsors, partners, or social
platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Green Carpet Golf is not liable for:
● Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site

Participation in live event activations is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.
